Job Responsibilities:

- Gathering market/customer forecast/trend generating and adhering the Business Plan for the profit centre & Monitoring against Plan V/S actual regularly to ensure continuous organization growth. To conduct time study and method study of all the process and update in the system.

- Collect market overview through market and product analysis, identify Potential Customers and New Business opportunity with the trends of competition overview.

- Generate new enquiry and on time closure of RFQs with co-ordinations inclusive of Internal & External stake holders and Ensure New Project realization according to Timeline

- Receivable Management.

- Ensure Customer satisfaction and initiate improvement action if required.

- Ensure and adhere to internal department, company Systems and Guidelines- requirements.

- Ability to work in a team & manage cross-functional teams.

Desired Candidature:

Age: Maximum 32yrs.

Experience: Minimum 4 yrs. in Sales and Business Development. Automotive Components Experience preferred.

- Proficient in oral & written communication. Kannada is must

Computer Skill- Proficient in MS Office [Word, Excel, PowerPoint], Outlook Email System, Internet etc.

Industrial background: "Medium OR Large Size / Manufacturing Industry. Preferably Sales and Marketing who can handle automotive customers, Process, Quality, Customer Focus Driven Unit. CANDIDATE FROM AUTOMOTIVE OR AUTOMOTIVE ANCILLARY SECTOR PREFERRED.
