About the Job :

Key Responsibilities include :

- Address all customer service requests, including patient emergency support, hospital treatment support, medicine orders, booking lab tests, Kenko account issues, payment related queries, etc, in a gentle, caring, and timely manner.

- Ensure a smooth and successful onboarding of the customer, including how to use the Kenko app / Kenko account, and how to avail benefits.

- Must ensure that the customer is happy with his entire Kenko experience.

Skills Required :

- Great listening skills.

Fantastic communication skills - written and verbal. English and Hindi are mandatory.

- CRM Software (HubSpot), and G-Suite.
