About the Job :
- Operations Associate is an important position in the sales and operations organization at Kenko.
- The candidate is expected to help track operational activities that have a direct impact on the performance of the organization.
- She/he will be expected to track onboarding and customer service activities, and coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure performance indicators are met.
- He/She will also be expected to assist with new/special projects pertaining to training, process development, and such.
Skills & Profile :
- Holds 0-1 year of work experience in operations
- Bachelors or Equivalent.
- Fantastic communication skills - listening, speaking, and writing.
- Inclination to learn, open-mindedness, and self-motivated.
