- Currently we are Hiring for Business Development Executive/Sales Executive.

Experience : 2 to 4 years

Location : Thane

Salary : Depends on interview and last drawn.

Notice period : Immediate/15 days

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Responsible for lead generation and conversion into sales.

- Develop customer relationships through personal visits, phone calls and follow up, e-mails, etc.

- Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.

- Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.

- Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.

- Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.

- Developing quotes and proposals for clients.

- Coordination with sales team.

Desired Candidate Profile :

- A bachelors degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

- Required 2 to 4 years of experience in B2B sales and marketing.

- Required prior sales experience in networking and the AIDC industry specifically preferred in the field of RFID.

- Demonstrated ability actively manage multiple tasks.

- Must be goal oriented, persuasive, self-motivated and independent.

- Past achievement in new and expanded client business generation.

- Strong communication skills and IT fluency.

Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.

Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty

Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
