Role Description :

- We are looking for Chat Support Executive who provides service or product information, solutions, and relevant details to customers. They should be individuals with a knack for providing professional and clear answers to customer's requests.

- Ensure customers come first and put yourselves in customer shoes when making decisions and viewing our processes and programs 24/7

- Support customers with queries displaying exceptional customer service, knowledge and oral/ written communication skills

- To seek out opportunities to add value to customers during all interactions

Key Responsibilities :

- Inbound Chat handling and proactively address customer queries in a professional and timely way

- Take complete ownership of the chat process and keep track of the requests and make sure they are implemented as per the planned procedure

- Collaborating with team members and cross functional teams as per the business need

- Well versed with platforms like LinkedIn for undertaking activities supporting the sales teams

- Understanding and striving to meet or exceed program metrics while providing excellent and consistent customer service

- Adhering to quality and performance standards

Skills Required :

- Should possess effective written & oral English communication skills, comprehension skills and grammar

- Decent knowledge in computer technologies, software development process, IT industry terminologies and working

- Should be swift in typing speed and grammatically conscious with formal mannerisms in written formats of communication

- Willing to work in Night Shifts or Rotational Shifts (24/7)

- Ability to thrive in high demand, high-pressure situations
