Sr Business Development Manager - Keka HR - India's leading HR&Payroll Platform - SaaS Sales

As a part of our growth strategy, we are hiring for crucial roles in Bangalore, Chennai, and Mumbai. As a Senior Business Development Manager and also an early member of the team, you will be able to influence and shape the entire sales development process working closely with Founding Team at Keka. You will also be responsible for managing all of inbound and outbound lead generation activities. This includes prospecting, nurturing, and most important of all selling. As a true business consultant, you'll have to learn the ins and outs of payroll and HR functions of our SaaS solution and contrast with competition. You will shape the way we do business development at Keka, and we are thus looking for a strong communicator who demonstrates a natural instinct for exceeding goals, resourcefulness, and a thirst for excellence.

Job Responsibilities:

- Market Research and Lead Generation through multiple sources

- Develop and qualify opportunities

- Prospect and identify key decision-makers at target customers

- Lay the foundation for a strong, long-lasting relationship

- Explain how Keka brings value to businesses

- Delight every prospect with each interaction

- Help build the brand by training and managing high performing teams

- Implement tools, and processes needed to engage prospects

Ideal Candidate:

- A sales development star with a proven track record of consistently exceeding goals

- A consummate team player who enjoys wearing multiple hats and inspiring everyone around you to do great work

- Technically proficient and experienced with web technologies (able to present pros/cons, use cases and trends)

- Team Management experience is a plus

- Experience in selling a software product is a bonus

- Great at speaking, writing and making presentations

Must Have Attributes:

- Exceptional communication skills (especially engaging customers over phone and emails)

- Organized, disciplined and a Hunter by choice

- Self-driven and has a vision and ambition to achieve big
