Job Overview :

- We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing Communications Manager to join our team. The Marketing Communications Manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, managing communication campaigns, and promoting our brand to drive business growth and increase brand awareness. This role requires a strong mix of creativity, strategic thinking, and leadership skills.

Job Responsibilities :

- Marketing Strategy Development : Collaborate with the marketing team to develop comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives. Identify target audiences, analyze market trends, and develop effective marketing plans.

- Brand Management : Oversee brand development and ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels. Work to enhance brand awareness and maintain a strong brand image in the market.

- Marketing Campaigns : Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, print, and events. Monitor campaign performance and optimize strategies for maximum impact.

- Content Creation : Develop compelling marketing collateral, content, and sales materials. This includes writing engaging copy, creating visuals, and producing multimedia content to support marketing initiatives.

- Digital Marketing : Manage and optimize digital marketing efforts, including website content, SEO, social media, paid advertising, and email marketing campaigns.

- Event Management : Plan and coordinate marketing events, trade shows, conferences, and sponsorships. Ensure events are executed smoothly and align with marketing objectives.

- Market Research : Conduct market research to gain insights into customer behavior, industry trends, and competitive landscape. Use data-driven insights to inform marketing strategies and improve performance..

- Budget Management : Manage the marketing communications budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to achieve desired outcomes.

- Team Leadership : Lead and mentor the marketing communications team, providing guidance, feedback, and professional development opportunities to team members.

Qualification : Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. Master's degree is a plus.
