- Managed Distributor claim, monitoring Distributor target and achievement.
- Discussion with distributor on priority for primary and secondary target achievement and growth.
- Salesman tracking on daily basis productivity sale in value, volume, product wise and item wise sale.
- To explain scheme to Retailer and motivate him to achieve particular targets.
- Daily Market visit to get the update on the market scenario and generating the orders from the market.
- Maintaining service from company to distributor.
- Maintaining Daily Reports of distributor sales team.
