Role Description

KDM TELECOM SOLUTIONS PVT LTD is looking for a full-time Customer Service Representative to join our team in Mumbai. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our customers. This role requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

- Responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner

- Troubleshooting customer issues and providing solutions

- Maintaining customer records and updating customer information

- Assisting customers with product selection and ordering

- Providing feedback to management on customer service issues

- Ensuring customer satisfaction by providing excellent customer service

Qualifications

- Customer Service Representatives: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
