Job Summary :

This is an exciting role of Client Advisor- Team Leader wherein you will get to work in the Sales Function for Tax Softwares. Under this role, you will be responsible for Managing the team of Client Advisor who do Lead Generation, Lead Qualification and Customer Profiling which leads to new customer acquisition and deliver on revenue growth. You will also be tasked with overseeing the activities and performance of your sales team by tracking goals, setting individual sales targets, and facilitate the ongoing training of your Team.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- To Train, Motivate, and Guide each team member and help them to achieve their targets and KPI Targets.

- Setting individual targets with the sales team.

- Achieve company objectives through effective planning, setting goals, analyzing performance data, and projecting future performance.

- To update daily tasks, activities in CRM.

- Conduct a Skill gap analysis to identify areas of improvement.

- Plan to ensure achievement of divisional and personal targets, aligning with company sales policies and strategies.

- To develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies, and programs to capture key demographics.
