Job Summary :

- This is an exciting role of Team Leader - Field Sales where in you will get to work in the Sales Function for Tax Software. Under this role, Team Leader is responsible for developing and managing a smooth, effective sales process to enable the growth of the organizations. You will also be tasked with ensuring employee visits to clients, overseeing the activities and performance of your sales team by tracking goals, setting individual sales targets, and facilitate the ongoing training of your Team.

Job Responsibilities :

- To Train, Motivate, and Guide each team member and help them to achieve their client meetings, targets and KPI Targets.

- To ensure the team is doing Field Meetings with Client.

- Achieve company objectives through effective planning, setting goals, analyzing performance data, and projecting future performance.

- Conduct Skill gap analysis to identify areas of improvement.

- Plan to ensure achievement of divisional and personal target, aligning with company sales policies and strategies.

- Track long term sales data.

- Serve as a liaison between teams and upper management

- Follow ethical practices with consumer and customer data.

- Assist marketing teams in determining customer outreach methods

- Monitor and assist with Agents interaction with customer.

- Train staff on new technology and software.
