Job Summary :


This is an exciting role of Client Advisor where in you will get to work in the Sales Function for Tax Softwares. Under this role, you will be responsible for Lead Generation, Lead Qualification and Customer Profiling which leads to new customer acquisition and deliver on revenue growth. You will be driving the business of Tax Filing application in this role. You will be communicating with Professionals (Chartered Accountants, Tax Practitioners, etc.) to understand their Tax Filing requirements like Income Tax, TDS, GST and align the customer for Product Demo.

Job Responsibilities :

- To seek opportunities through Cold Calls, data available on internet.

- To Identify and generate leads and inquiries.

- To Convert Leads into Sales Qualified Leads and work with Product Expert Team to schedule the demo of the Software.

- To be able to foresight and identify business opportunities with new clients & existing clients for extended products (up-selling/ cross-selling).

- To update daily tasks, activities in CRM.
