Job Description:
- Connect and build relationships with Local Brokers and IPC.
- Research on existing market rates prevailing in commercial real estate
- Be an eye and ear for the organisation
- Achieve set revenue targets through innovative strategies
- Responsible for closing of all existing and new leasing transactions
- Responsible for Client relationship till closure and provide post closure support
Qualification: Graduate in any stream. MBA preferred
Age: 25- 30 years
Industry: Real Estate / Property | Should have worked with good brands and have exposure in commercial leasing.
These roles are client interfacing roles and will be key account managers of the portfolios they will be handling, hence should have excellent communication skills. Presentable and should have pleasant personality
