Kaya Skin Clinic - Executive - Customer Care (2-5 yrs)
- We currently have an opening for the post of a Customer Care Executive - Females Only.
Job Role :
- Customer call outs, Appointment scheduling & driving consumption along with the team
- Process Audit Score and Mystery Audit Score
- Suggestive selling of products and services
- Handles billing at the front desk and reconciles sales cash
Required Candidate profile :
Minimum Qualification : Graduation.
- 2 to 5 years (with at least 2 years of experience as customer care executive)
Candidates Preferred : Salon, Retail, Telecom, Beauty and Wellness.
- Must have experience in direct sales with target handling.
Job Type : Full-time
Schedule : Rotational shift (Tentative 09:30 a.m. to 06:30 p.m. or 11:30 a.m. to 08:30 p.m.)
