Kauvery - Assistant Manager/Manager - Business Development (3-8 yrs)

(1) Map Corporate Business Landscape and key opportunities

(2) Develop Business Development Plan & Roadmap

(3) Build and maintain relationships with HR Heads / HR/Admin Managers of Companies

(4) Manage end to end sales process from prospecting to Contract/MOU as well as relationship management during service delivery

(5) Responsible for revenue generation from the signed up Corporate Companies

(6) Focus on white collar corporates including IT, Pvt. Banking, Consulting, BPO & KPO sectors

(7) Up-selling &Cross - selling of various service offerings of Kauvery based on the need of the Corporate

(8) Developing SLA's specific to Corporate requirements & business processes in coordination with Delivery Teams

(9) Providing inputs of Corporate's specifications to the Operations team and also ensuring a smooth transition of Corporate relationship

(10) Tracking of new projects, competitors activities & performance, sensing new changes in the market & evolve new models

(11) Contribute to new service development

(12) Team management & people development

(i) Responsible for effective implementation of the field steering model

(ii) Responsible for setting KRA's for members of their team & conduct regular review with members on performance & ensure that feedback is shared with members

Preferred EducationalQualification :

Preferred Skills and Experience

A graduate/ post graduate with minimum 5+ years of work experience in sales / business development. A PGDBM/MBA would be desirable

Key personal traits : Extrovert, Confident, "Can do" attitude, target oriented
