Job Description :


- As a Sales Executive in the Agro Chemicals/Fertilizers Industry, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by promoting and selling agrochemicals and fertilizers to farmers, agricultural cooperatives, distributors, retailers, and other stakeholders in the agriculture sector. You will play a vital role in building strong customer relationships, understanding their needs, and providing effective solutions to enhance their agricultural practices.


Responsibilities :


Sales Target Achievement : Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve or exceed assigned sales targets for agrochemicals and fertilizers.


Customer Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, ensuring regular engagement to understand their requirements and provide suitable product recommendations.


Product Knowledge : Develop a deep understanding of the company's agrochemical and fertilizer product portfolio, features, benefits, and applications to effectively communicate with customers.


Market Research : Stay updated on market trends, industry developments, competitor activities, and customer demands to identify new business opportunities.


Product Presentations : Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits and proper usage of agrochemicals and fertilizers.


Sales Reporting : Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions. Prepare regular sales reports for management.


- Any Education degree.


- Proven experience in sales within the agrochemicals, fertilizers, or agricultural industry.


- Sound knowledge of agrochemicals, fertilizers, and agricultural practices.


- Strong sales acumen, negotiation skills, and ability to close deals.


- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.


- Customer-centric approach with a passion for delivering value to farmers and stakeholders.


- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a results-oriented mindset.


- Willingness to travel extensively to meet customers and attend industry events.
