Inside Sales

Experience : 5 Years

Location : Pune Magarpatta

Industry Familiarity : Heavy machinery/lifting industry, off-highway construction machinery/concrete machinery/farm equipment/diesel engine and similar.

- Familiarizing yourself with all engineering and manufacturing services offered by our company.

- Identifying the needs of the prospect and consulting the best approach to handle the challenges they face in their engineering services.

- Generating new leads/opportunities across North America and EMEA region.

- Maintain the database provided up to date in the recommended format.

- Prepare and send regular reports as specified

- Building meaningful business relationships with current and potential clients

- Attending networking events to attract and retain clients (Relevant shows and Exhibitions)

- Developing and executing sales and marketing strategies to grow business

- Negotiating with clients to secure the most attractive prices.

- Reviewing clients' feedback and implementing necessary changes.

- Monitors and analyzes quarterly and annual financial performance of Engineering BU and reports summary findings by customer, channel, and segment and/or product division.

- Oversee the sales process to attract new clients.

- Acts as an individual contributor and ensures that the quality of the output is at the highest level.

- Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or similar field / MBA (Business / Marketing / Finance)

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, business development or similar role

- Responsible for running LinkedIn Campaigns to generate fresh opportunities

- Proficiency in MS Office

- Excellent multitasking skills & Ability to prioritize tasks

- Ability to present and explain ideas to a variety of audiences

- Strong organizational and time management skills

- Ability to sell value and create credibility

- Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality

- Enthusiastic to build good relationships with people

- Ability to work in a team as well as an individual contributor

- Exposure to Mechanical/Electrical Engineering Services Industry would be added advantage

- Knowledge of Heavy machinery, lifting Industry, off-highway construction machinery, concrete machinery, farm equipment and diesel engine would be plus
