Katalyst - Executive - Sales (3-6 yrs)
- Generate a sales pipeline and exceed monthly targets.
- Have a strong work ethic and a passion for technology, people, and processes.
- New Business Development.
- Lead generation and cold calling.
- Manage customer relationships to procure repeat business and life-time references.
- Understand Cloud solutions and how technology enables business productivity, efficiency and effectiveness.
- Prepare and deliver effective presentations and proposals to customers as needed
Experience Required :
- Deep understanding of software as a service (SaaS), cloud computing technologies, business drivers, and emerging computing trends.
- Experience in working directly with SME as well as enterprise accounts - Proven ability to sell complex applications, data center and cloud technologies - Familiarity with Microsoft Licensing - Strong verbal and written communications skills.
- Problem-solving mentality leveraging internal and/or external resources. Exceptional verbal and written communication.
- 2+ years cloud software selling experience
- 3+ years of success in consultative/complex technical sales and deployment projects
- 2+ years of experience in migrating on premise workloads to the cloud.
- Deep technical experience in one or more of the following areas: Microsoft software, hosting, and Windows servers. Presentation skills with a high degree of comfort with both large and small audiences.

- Familiarity with Microsoft Licensing - Strong verbal and written communications skills.
BPO candidates will be preferred.
