Kasmo - Marketing Executive (0-2 yrs)
Job Role : Marketing executive

Job Responsibilities :
- Conduct preliminary research on field marketing campaigns.
- Bond and maintain relationships with merchants and vendors.
- Negotiate with merchants and other vendors on promotional display and merchandise placement.
- To identify & map the potential places for the - Live Updates.
- To Post - Live updates- about the defined places.
- To get app downloads & should be able to create awareness about Sminq Platform amongst the users about Live Places.
- Promote business expansion opportunities to vendors and other merchants through successful field marketing programs
- Attend relevant trade shows and events, etc.
- Track expenses in an organized fashion.
- Report weekly/monthly on the status of field marketing activities.
- Document and share user experience with sales team.
- Market & Promote Sminq's Global App.
Required Qualification and Skills :
- A minimum of 0-2 years field marketing, brand promotion experience and 3 tier understanding preferred
- Passionate about public speaking and driving result-oriented campaigns
- Demonstrated track record in field and promotional marketing
- Strong local connections to market and industry influencers is preferred
- Ability to work independently or in groups
- Self-motivated with demonstrated flexibility and adaptability in various tasking situation
- Strong analytical skills with focus towards details
- Ability to handle pressure and work in a constantly changing atmosphere.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required to ensure clear and concise dialogue with management, co-workers, event planners, and vendors/distributors
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Office (Excel, Word, and Powerpoint)
- Ability to travel as required
- Bachelor's degree preferred
