Karza Technologies | Sales Coordinator

Position is a mix of Pre-Sales, Document Management and Sales Support

Pre-Sales Roles and Responsibilities :

- Proactively generate leads and create, own and manage database of customers sourced from various channels - open source databases, emails, calls, LinkedIn, networking

- Experience in lending products would be an added advantage - Secured / Unsecured Loans, Personal Loans, Business Loans, Housing Finance Loans, SME Loans, Institutional Finance, Corporate Finance, Vehicle Finance - TW, Auto, Commercial Vehicle etc.

- Develop competitive pre-sales & sales strategies to achieve greater market reach and deeper penetration as part of a dynamic FinTech team

- Setup meetings for Sales / BD team (online / in-person) with key decision makers primarily across Banking, Financial Services and Insurance sector

- Collaboratively work with Sales and Application teams to develop / update marketing collateral of services across authentication, corporate due diligence, individual and corporate verification etc.

- Ensure daily update of all action items in CRM in accordance to agreed processes and systems

- Provide accurate information / reports to Reporting Manager within agreed timeframes

Documentation Roles and Responsibilities :

- Maintain central records of all customer centric documentations, both pre and post execution

- Closely liaise with sales team to strategize and execute documentation management and ensure effective communication with all customers - both new and existing

Qualification and Experience :

- MBA / PGDM from a premiere B-School with min. 12 months full time experience in end-to-end sales, account management, lead generation, document management

- Excellent communication skills - both written & spoken with proficiency in MS Office

- Proactive and self-motivated with a zeal to learn in fast paced agile environment

- Should be able to handle pressure and adhere to timelines - both internal and external

- Go-getter with a sense of end-to-end ownership over assigned tasks / actionable

- Technical (SaaS products) and Functional (banking domain) mix would be preferred
