Roles and Responsibilities:

- Proactively implementing effective customer service documentation, procedures, policies, and standards

- Act as an advisor to key customer stakeholders to drive product adoption and ensure they leverage the solution to the fullest

- Tracking client activities to identify and eliminate churn risk

- Staying on top of customer queries to ensure prompt responses

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of feature requests/ services

- Staying up to date with the latest developments in the BFSI and fintech industry
