Karvy - Financial Advisor - Sales (1-3 yrs)
Purpose of a Job - This is a consultative sales role. The main purpose of the role is to acquire customers for their Demat and Share trading accounts as well as for investments in Stock markets as well as other investment products.
- Acquire new clients for Demat and Trading accounts through networking, database, and references.
- End-to-end customer relationship management.
- Engage with inactive customers and activate their accounts.
- Sell online accounts to customers and encourage them to trade online.
- Have a customer-centric approach and ensure that customers are serviced well.
- Ensure that customers trade actively after opening the trading account.
Preferred Candidates :
- Any Graduate with 1 to 3 years of work experience into sales of financial products.
- NISM certification will be an added advantage(Not compulsory).
- A thorough understanding of financial markets, their behavior, movements, and expectations with respect to the market.
- Good understanding of financial products and presentation of those to customers.
- Excellent customer relationship management.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with a clarity of thought, speech, and expression.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Good Analytical Skills.
