Karmyogi Group - Officer - Public Relation (5-10 yrs)
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Be the PR representative of company for key govt office and external intermediaries
- Responsible for obtaining all statutory permissions for Company's projects.
- Strategizing regulatory approval process & minimizing delays
- Provide technical inputs pertaining to liaison to the company's Legal Dept. for drafting all Legal / Development Agreements & also for the relevant Undertakings / Indemnity Bonds required to be furnished to Statutory Authorities.
- Liaise with the Building proposals dept. municipal approvals / statutory sanctions / Licenses.
- Liaison with local administration, revenue depts. /land approval depts. / water and electricity depts/ courts.
- Create a healthy PR network in the local and state level for the smooth operations of the company
Desired Candidate
5-10 years of experience in the same field.
Preferred MBA.
