KARMA - Executive - Telecaller (1-2 yrs)
1.Focusing on sourcing customers by way of calling (Data will be provided by company), developing relationship with new Connectors/Channel partners and bringing business to the company.
2.You will be a single point of contact for Customers, Bankers & Connectors/Channel partners.
3.You will also be responsible to handle entire process from customer calling, login process to disbursement.
4. TeleCalling to customers & followup the same. Status of Logins Files. Manage Documentation, Login, Resolve Pendencies raised by Bankers, & disbursement process. Maintain required MIS.
