Role and Responsibility :

- Source new sales opportunities through lead follow-up and outbound calls and emails and cold calling.

- Understand customer needs and requirements and position Karkinos as a preferred partner for Health Checks.

- Close sales and achieve monthly targets.

- Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest.

- Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory.

- Engage with HR Managers/CHROs to position Karkinos B2B offerings.

The ideal candidate should have :

- Experience in selling services, and products in the healthcare domain is preferred, and Willingness to Travel.

- Relentless in acquiring new business and corporate relationships.

- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.

- Strong listening and presentation skills.

- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
