A Sales & digital marketing executive plays a specialized, individual contributor role as part of the Digital Marketing & Sales team. Through digital and online techniques and analysis, the sales & digital marketing executive pursues specific goals in developing & managing effective sales & Marketing Management strategy for the company in close alignment with Business Strategy to foster lead generation, lead qualification, communication, brand building and conversion.

Potential Key Result Areas include:

- End to End execution of marketing projects and campaigns, including ideation, implementation and analysis of impact.

- Responsible for planning and development of the marketing plan and promotional strategies in order to increase the sales and revenue

- Ensure effective implementation of the sales and marketing plan

- Ensure implementation of the action plan to achieve the objectives of the revenue generation

- End to End Management of Sales Cycle

- Develop and achieve the annual revenue plan, Marketing Budget and forecasts

- Ensure proper implementation of organization strategy for advertising, sales promotion, personal selling, publicity, special sales projects, etc

- Competitor Analysis to constantly evaluate & improve our positioning in market

- Execution of Search Engine Optimization on a continuous basis

- Execution of Social Media Marketing efforts

- Continuous review and active management of website and other online assets

Passion for Sales,brand building and creativity are required for this role. Strong skills in Sales, online marketing, branding & social media marketing are desirable. Impressive Presentation Skills, Client Relationships, Emphasizing Excellence, Energy Level, Negotiation, Prospecting Skills, Meeting Sales Goals, Creativity, Sales Planning, Independence, Motivation for Sales. Prior experience and training in online brand building would be a strong credential.

Abilities and aptitude in sales, business development, customer interaction and relationship would be appreciated.
