Kapture CX - Sales Development Representative (2-6 yrs)
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct cold calling to identify and qualify potential leads for our products and services.
- Utilize various lead generation techniques to identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Research and gather information on potential prospects to understand their business needs and pain points.
- Engage in field sales activities, including attending meetings, trade shows, and industry events, to build relationships and promote our offerings along with pre-sales consultant
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions using our CRM system.
- Follow up with leads and prospects to schedule appointments, demos, and product presentations.
- Work closely with the sales team to hand off qualified leads for further nurturing and conversion.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify potential sales opportunities.s.
- Communicate effectively with potential customers, explaining the benefits and features of our products and services.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and campaigns.
KEY SKILLS:
- 2+ years of field sales experience in SAAS industry
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Ability to engage with clients, deliver persuasive presentations, and build long-term relationships.
