Retail Sales Executive
- The ideal candidate will be passionate to chase sales for our company and will help us expand our clients and sales growth in the markets. The role requires an understanding of the needs and wants of the target consumers and locating a product to suit these needs.
Skills Required :
- Proven & Excellent sales skills.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in front retail with a luxury brand.
- Negotiation, decision-making, interpersonal skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Fluency in communicating in English.
- Self-directed and able to work independently from instructions.
Education : Graduate in any stream.
Role :
- Driving the sales
- Providing insights on customer shopping trends to support assortment selection and identify assortment gaps
- Ensuring good customer service by addressing and ensuring the timely resolution of customer issues or requirements.
- Build constructive customer relationships
- Remain up to date with the industry's best practices
