Roles & Responsibilities:

1) Plan, forecast and execute food and beverage orders.

2) Process customer complaints patiently.

3) Plan alternative recipes for customers with special dietary needs and Check food and beverage supplies and place orders when needed.

4) Track and order shipments.

5) Communicate and build strong relationships with vendors.

6) Adhere to food, health and safety standards.

7) Plan, hire, train, oversee and manage the members of staff.

8) Oversee and supervise the welcoming of customers.

9) Always strive towards an exceptional customer experience.

10) Own the Marketing agenda and working closely with sales and leadership team to bring to life strategic brand marketing, commercial and innovative programs.

11) Work with Brand Teams & briefing agencies to build/develop innovative custom marketing solutions (bring new ideas and thinking).

12) Lead (develop, present and gain alignment) AOP and JBP internally and externally with the customer.

13) Think BIG and be creative, digital knowledge/savviness is key.

14) Bring Insights-led thinking to assist in creation of partnership marketing strategies, creative development and sell in. Working with Insights team to ensure we have a consumer first agenda.

15) Collaborate with internal stakeholders to execute and build partnership solutions that support brand goals.

16) Leading the Agency work to bring together all the plans in the most compelling way for the Marketing Showcases.

17) Galvanizing the team behind how this needs to be done and managing Agency and partner relationship to develop and execute the marketing showcases.
