Job Summary :

- Kannu Ki Chai, a leading chai cafe brand in the country, is seeking a Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 2 years of experience in sales and marketing and possess knowledge about social media marketing, SEO, ATL & BTL marketing, corporate sales, and vendor management. The primary responsibility of the Marketing Manager is to design and execute advertising campaigns for the company, coordinate with vendors for execution of advertising and promotions, visit small and big companies for corporate tie-ups, conduct social media campaign analysis and report generation, contribute to outlet sales, and handle Google Business Pages.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and execute advertising campaigns for Kannu Ki Chai.

- Coordinate with vendors for execution of advertising and promotions.

- Visit small and big companies for corporate tie-ups.

- Conduct social media campaign analysis and report generation.

- Contribute to outlet sales.

- Handle Google Business Pages.

- Develop and execute marketing strategies for the brand.

- Analyze market trends and competitors to identify opportunities and threats.

- Identify and develop relationships with potential customers and partners.

- Manage budgets and resources allocated to marketing activities.

- Collaborate with other departments within the company to ensure marketing activities align with overall business goals.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends, tools, and technologies.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing or a related field.

- 1 to 2 years of experience in sales and marketing.

- Knowledge of social media marketing, SEO, ATL & BTL marketing, corporate sales, and vendor management.

- Strong analytical skills and ability to analyze market trends and competitor activities.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong project management skills.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

- Experience in the FMCG industry would be an advantage.
