- Customer correspondence & support: Submitting Quotations & tenders docs, invoice billing & payment follow-up;
- Coordination with vendors & logistics for timely order execution;
- Smooth processing of all orders till delivery and payments received.
- Sales documentation.
- Maintenance of files & records.
- HP claim submission in HP Partner Portal.
- Payment Follow up.
- Daily Coordination with Logistics, Purchase, Accounts department.
- Provide PAN India service support to customer.
