Job Title: Ads Operations Lead
Reporting to: Head of Product Management
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Analyze data and metrics to measure the success of advertising products and make data-driven decisions.
2. Stay updated with industry trends, ad policies, and advancements in advertising technology to inform product development and strategy.
3. Manage large-scale ad inventory for mobile apps, maximizing ad-based monetization across various app categories.
4. Utilize industry-leading ad platforms, including Google Admob, Google Ad Manager 360, Meta Monetization Manager, Applovin, Adcolony, Unity Ads, Ironsource, and others.
5. Explore and optimize backfilling, waterfall systems, affiliation, location monetization, and partnership strategies to drive revenue growth.
6. Enhance products to ensure compliance with ad policies and provide comprehensive ad placement documentation.
7. Solve real-life problems, create and manage daily revenue MIS sheets, and maintain relationships with multiple Ad Exchange partners globally.
8. Utilize user analytics metrics such as DAU, MAU, retention, uninstall rate, open rate, session time, A/B testing, and event tracking to optimize revenue.
9. Manage cash flow for Kalagato, ensuring efficient financial operations.
10. Collaborate with Google Ad Exchange channel partner to ensure accurate functionality of ad units, orders, line items, and other setups.
11. Analyze data and optimize revenue for mobile applications, driving revenue growth through effective ad monetization strategies.
12. Manage and operate Kalagato mobile apps using our in-house Ad SDK, optimizing and maximizing ad revenue.
13. Continuously monitor the performance of Google Ad Exchange partners, identifying the most effective ones to maximize ad revenue.
14. Provide suggestions and recommendations to enhance our in-house SDK, including enabling test ads and transitioning to live ads during the app's production phase.
15. Analyze Firebase data to assess optimal ad placements within the app, ensuring a seamless user experience and alignment with Google Ad and Play Console guidelines.
16. Offer recommendations for ad placement that strike a balance between revenue generation and user experience, based on a thorough analysis of Firebase data.
Preferred Skills :
1. Proven track record in ad operations and managing large-scale ad inventory.
2. Strong knowledge of industry-leading ad platforms and technologies, including Google Admob, Unity, Applovin, Adcolony, Ironsource, and other ad mediation platforms.
3. Proficient in user analytics metrics and data analysis.
4. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
5. Strong communication and relationship management skills.
6. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
