Kal Freight - Executive/Senior Executive/Team Leader - Customer Service (1-6 yrs)
We are urgently hiring for our in house team based at Pitampura/Noida for work from office
COMPANY PROFILE :
Kal Freight is a logistics and transportation company started in 2014 with 6 trucks. Within 7 years Kal Freight has grown its fleet to 800+ trucks and 2000+ trailers. There are 11 very large distribution centers across US and Canada. Kal Group is taking on the trucking industry in North America with very large infrastructure and footprints.
JOB PROFILE :
- Keeping and organizing work requests, customer requests, completed work requests, charges for work performed, expenses for services performed, inventory records and other information
- Using telephones, two-way radios or text messages to contact employees or emergency personnel
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with others under any type of condition
- Excellent clerical and organizational skills to keep track of schedules, routes and personnel
- Ability to work under stress and remain calm and to calm other people during rapidly changing circumstances
- Excellent customer service and sales skills.
- Excellent phone and presentation skills.
MANDATORY :
- Working hours- 8pm - 5 AM
- 6 days a week, rotational shifts.
- Food & Cab will be provided.

- Our office is at Pitampura and we will be shifting to NOIDA in 1 month.
