Job Description:

At Kaizen Empire, we are seeking two (2) skilled PPC Specialists to manage our online advertising campaigns. One specialist will focus on Amazon Ads, while the other will handle off-Amazon platforms.

As a PPC Specialist at Kaizen Empire, you will be the driving force behind our digital advertising efforts. You will develop, implement, and manage PPC campaigns to drive traffic, increase conversions, and maximize ROI. This role requires a blend of analytical skills and creative thinking to optimize ad performance and achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, implement, and manage PPC campaigns across various platforms, including Amazon, Google Ads, Bing, Facebook, Shopify, eBay, and Etsy.

- Monitor and adjust bids to enhance ROI.

- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, adjusting strategies to improve results.

- Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify high-performing keywords.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to achieve integrated marketing objectives.

- Analyze competitor advertising strategies.

- Optimize ad copy, landing pages, and bidding strategies to improve Quality Score and Ad Relevance.

- Perform A/B testing on ad creatives and landing pages to identify the most effective approaches.

- Implement strategies to increase brand awareness.

- Generate monthly reports on key metrics, goal tracking, revenue tracking, and other KPIs.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and platform updates.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

- 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.

- In-depth experience with bid management tools.

- Strong understanding of SEO and digital marketing concepts.

- Familiarity with multiple platforms such as AdWords, Facebook, Yahoo, etc.

- Proficiency in keyword research and data mining tools.

- Working knowledge of analytics tools like Google Analytics, Tableau, and WebTrends.

- Creative, out-of-the-box thinking and strong analytical skills.

- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

- Google AdWords certification is a plus.

- Experience with eCommerce is a plus.

Key Metrics for Success:

- Increase Return on Marketing Investment (ROMI)

- Improve overall Click-Through Rate (CTR)

- Boost overall Conversion Rate (CR)

- Reduce average Cost Per Click (CPC)

- Elevate brand awareness through PPC-driven sales vs. organic sales and increase traffic metrics (Returning Visitors, New Visitors, Unique Visitors, Visitor Growth Rate, Engagement Rate).

- Expand market share attributable to PPC campaigns.

- Decrease cart abandonment rate for PPC-driven visitors.
