Kaizen Academy - Associate - Business Development (1-9 yrs)
The ideal candidate is a creative problem solver at heart who thrives in a team environment. You will help manage and oversee relationships with new and existing partners through high-touch networking, lead generation, and market research.
Responsibilities :
1. Partner with various preschools, afterschool & schools across India to conduct 21st Century Skills workshops.
2. Counsel parents about the benefits of the 21st Century Skills course for their children of age 5-16 years.
3. Solve parent's doubts and concerns.
4. Plan sessions & schedule batches with in-house trainers.
5.Handle queries from Schools & after Schools for conducting workshops.
6. Complete transactions and or schedule follow-up conversations with prospective clients
Qualifications :
1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
3. Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
