As we continue to expand, we are seeking a skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Senior Manager Sales / General Manager Sales.

Responsibilities :

- Lead the sales team and oversee their activities in promoting Kaiser Industries Ltd products to the Agrochemical Industry.

- Utilize extensive expertise and experience in sales to effectively drive business growth and achieve sales targets.

- Identify potential clients within the Agrochemical Industry and develop strategic approaches to reach out to them.

- Conduct thorough research and analysis of client requirements to propose tailored solutions using our specialty chemicals and surfactants.

- Foster and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in client organizations.

- Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations that highlight the value and benefits of Kaiser Industries Ltd products.

- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to secure profitable deals for the company.

- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.

- Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree (BSc/MSc) in a relevant field.

- Extensive expertise and experience in sales, preferably within the Agrochemical Industry.

- Proven track record of leading and managing a team of two or three members.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a competitive sales environment.

- Willingness to travel extensively and possess own conveyance.

- Age between 35 and 50, demonstrating maturity and experience in the field.

Compensation :

Salary range : Rs 35,000 - 50,000 per month.
