kaapi Solutions Pvt ltd, is a leading supplier of high-quality coffee machines and equipment, dedicated to providing excellent products and services to our customers across India.

We are looking for a qualified community manager to join our team. The Ideal candidate should have exceptional oral and written communication skills and can develop engaging content. You should be a 'people person with the ability to moderate online and offline conversations with our community. Ultimately you should be able to act as the face and voice of our brand and manage all community communications.

Responsibilities :

- Defining community management & building strategy

- Responsible for setting up new community assets and deriving engagement

- Set up and execute EVENTS in the various regional communities to build community and boost brand awareness

- Establish Partnerships with content creators/influencers to broaden engagement with the community

- Brand and influencer engagement-related initiatives. Contribute and execute new ideas and organize meetings with regional influencers to promote the brand.

- Developing the community strategy- from building the brand identity to onboarding members offline and online, you'll have to think about multiple personas

- Creating the content roadmap for knowledge sharing, live sessions, and other engagement activities.

- Planning and execution of branding campaigns with brand strategy and communication.

- Track and provide metrics for all brand social media channels and influencer marketing efforts, provide weekly and monthly analytics, and implement necessary changes for optimization.

- Moderating the content on the community platform Social Media Management

- Developing and managing social media, digital footprints, and community platforms.

- Maintain frequency on social media handles to keep followers engaged and execute boosting campaigns during product launches.

Experience: 4-5 Years of proven experience as a Community Manager (Community Building/Events etc)

Qualification & Skills :

- MBA (Preferably in Marketing)

- Excellent Communication (Verbal & Written)

- Experience launching community initiatives (E.g., building an online forum. Launching an ambassador program, creating an event series, and writing an email newsletter)

- Attention to detail

- Ability to identify and track relevant community metrics (e.g. repeat attendance at events).

- Knowledge of Online Marketing and Marketing Channels

- Have expertise in and passion for digital content and storytelling.
