Territory Manager :

Job Description :

1. As a Territory Manager, you will be handling a team of 2-3 Area Business Managers and would be responsible for managing, guiding and supporting them to promote and sell Eduvate's Curriculum products and services to Schools in your respective territory.

2. You will be leading an annual target of 1 to 1.5Cr. in your Territory

3. This will be a dual role

a. 75% focused on driving teams to achieve their weekly, monthly and annual targets

b. 25% individual contribution to directly sell Eduvate's products and services to Schools.

4. You would be expected to visit Schools regularly to support your team in maturing and closing curriculum deals.

Skills & Requirements :

1. Minimum 5 Years of experience in selling curriculum to Schools (Core B2B Selling Experience)

2. Minimum 2 Years of experience in managing a team of 2-3 Area Business Managers / Business Development Managers, selling curriculum to Schools

3. Should have achieved 1 to 1.5 Cr. target in previous roles while selling curriculum

4. Should have a good understanding & connects in the Territory he/she is applying for

5. Languages: English, Hindi & Regional Language (in-line with your respective region)

6. A go getter, who takes complete ownership of his/her territory and should have an attitude to grow it from scratch.
