We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as an Assistant General Manager - Sales. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management, with extensive experience in leading and motivating teams to achieve targets. Roles & Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage a team of at least 20 - " 25 field sales executives, ensuring they are motivated, trained, and equipped to meet sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market penetration in Hyderabad.
- Utilize in-depth knowledge of the Hyderabad market to identify and capitalize on opportunities for expansion.
- Oversee the hiring, training, and development of sales staff to ensure a high-performing team.
- Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze data, and implement corrective actions as needed to achieve objectives.
- Foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement within the sales team.
Requirements :
- Minimum 8 years of experience in sales management, preferably in online advertising, classifieds, or online media industry.
- Extensive knowledge of the Hyderabad market, including key demographics, trends, and competitors.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
