Sales Helpdesk Executive Roles & Responsibilities :
- Serving as the first point of contact for sales teams pan India seeking assistance related to Genio (internal sales app) through WhatsApp calls and emails.
- Arranging for and/or making necessary provisions in the software for contract entries by sales teams pan India.
- Performing remote troubleshooting using diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions.
- Determining the best solution based on the issues and details provided by sales personnel.
- Walking the sales personnel through the problem-solving process.
- Directing unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel.
- Providing accurate information on Genio products and services.
- Recording events and problems, along with their resolutions, in logs.
- Following up and updating user status and information.
- Passing on any feedback or suggestions from sales teams to the appropriate internal team.
- Identifying and suggesting possible improvements to software and procedures
