We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team. As a Business Development Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our organisation. You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in CRM sales, IT sales, DGM sales, and B2B (business-to-business) sales, along with excellent communication and negotiation skills.


Responsibilities :

- Identify and prospect for new business opportunities within the assigned market segment and geographic area.

- Develop and implement effective strategies to generate leads, drive sales, and achieve revenue targets.

- Conduct market research to identify potential clients, competitors, and industry trends.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients through regular communication and meetings.

- Collaborate with the sales team to create and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.

- Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.

- Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to the management team on a regular basis.

- Stay updated on industry developments, market conditions, and competitor activities.

- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking events to expand professional networks and generate business leads.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.

- Identify buyer persona profiles.

- Find prospects and leads.

- Meet with potential clients and pitch our services to them.

- Up-sell when appropriate.

- Goal-oriented with the ability to track and achieve KPIs.

- Provide periodic reports to company management on sales.

- Driving new sales into targeted accounts with existing FIS relationships, generating new leads into a defined whitespace list with limited.
