JOB DESCRIPTION :
- Core responsibilities include Coordination with team and keep motivating them towards achieving targets.
- Identifying potential customers, creating a pitch and presenting it to team so that they can perform as per organizations expectations.
- Keep records of sales, revenue and team performance.
- Handle objections by clarifying, convincing and working through differences to a positive conclusion with present clients.
- Present new services and enhance existing relationships.
- Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales.
- Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company's unique selling differentiators.
- Submit daily, weekly and monthly progress and performance reports of branch and team.
- Ensure that data is accurately distribute within team so that it wouldn't affect individual performance.
- Forecast sales targets and ensure they are met.
- Track and record activity on accounts and help to close deals to meet these targets.
- Set individual targets to himself and achieve them to set an example in front of team.
- Understand the company's goal and purpose so that will continual to enhance the company's performance.
- Manage branch's performance and budget in coordination with project Manager.
- Work effectively and efficiently to create confidence within team.
- Accountability towards team's performance.
- Coach and Train team members time to time if required.
Location : Bengaluru
Salary Range : 15000 - 18000
