Job Description-:
- Generate lead from walk-in clients, Interview clients to determine what kinds of properties they are seeking, gather customer or product information to determine customer needs, verify client's credit information.
- Promote sales of properties through advertisements, open houses, and participation in multiple listing services.
- Market assigned property to walk-in, existing or prospective clients.
- Visit properties with the prospect and explain about the property in detail advising them on the suitability and value of the homes they are visiting.
