Junior Sales Coordinator - IT Services (0-1 yrs)
We are an IT managed services company based in Mumbai. We are currently looking to hire for - Junior Sales Coordinator. Candidates who can join immediately will be given first preference.
Job Location: Mumbai
Roles & Responsibility :
- To respond quickly and efficiently to e-mail as required.
- Interdepartmental Coordination with Operation/Accounts Team and Respective Sales Team for Proposals & order placed.
- Preparing Quotation and sharing it to the customer as and when required.
- Payment Follow up with parties if needed.
- Arranging and attending conference call and meeting and Preparing MOM for the same.
- Prepare sales reports. (Monthly, Weekly).
- Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information
- Respond to query from customers and coordinate for after-sales support when required.
- Enter and update customer information in the database.
- Sending Proforma Invoices
- Entering order information into the company database
- Maintaining MIS
Education, Experience and Skills required :
- Graduation in any field.
- Must have knowledge of Ms Office.
- Excellent business communication skills, both verbal and written are a must.
- Managing Customer Relationships
- Ability to articulate well, and communicate clearly and effectively.
- Good rapport-building skills.
- Dedicated, self-motivated and a team player.
- Ability to adapt to dynamic business requirements and priorities.
- Good at time management and should have attention to detail
