Junior Role - Business Development - Media (2-3 yrs)
Job Description:
The Business Development Professional are part of the Captioning, Transcription & Translation Service Delivery Teams. Join hands with outstanding colleagues to handle challenging projects spanning different languages and services.
- As a member of the Business Development team you will happen to drive sales from various clients using various methodologies including Inbound, Outbound, Cross Selling & Up selling across the United States.
- Together with our Production and sales mates you will primarily drive translation & interpretation projects. Managing end to end clients of localization services, Monitoring all BD activites of sales team. Assisting sales team with client proposals and managing the test translation process.
- Evaluating and maintain data integrity of client databases, records, templates, instructions, training materials, procedures and other related documents are also part of the job. Continually develop creative ways to source new clients.
- Maintain awareness of industry standards, practices, tools, and resource regarding the localization and propose revisions to company direction, operation and policies accordingly, Determine project scope with clients.
- Manage customer interaction and Change Management. Develop relationships with partners to foster reliability and productivity.
- Planning the project by understanding the scope, determining the resource and developing the project schedule.
Business Area Of Focus:
US healthcare RCM, US Media Localization services including Live Captioning, Video Editing, Translation. Remote Patient Monitoring and Healthcare IT are the new avenues we are stepping into.
