About the Job : We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager to help us expand our clientele. You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.

Responsibilities:

1) Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.

2) Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.

3) Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.

4) Promote the company's products/services addressing or predicting clients- objectives.

5) Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines.

6) Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.

7) Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.

8) Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.

Requirements :

1) Proven working experience as a Business Development Manager, Sales Executive, or a relevant role.

2) Proven sales history.

3) Experience in customer support is a plus.

4) Proficiency in MS Office and CRM Software (e.g., Salesforce).

5) Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

6) Time management and planning skills.

7) Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be initiative-taking, and handle uncertainty.

8) Degree in Business Administration, Sales, or relevant field.
