Job Summary : Candidates from channel /distribution/field sales/agency sales are required to generate business.

Weekly Working Days : 5 Days

Off Days : SUN, SAT

Reimbursements : Mobile Reimbursements, Based on Actuals or Company SIM card will be provided

Travel Reimbursements : Based on Actuals

Incentives Structure : Based on Performance

Education : Graduation degree mandatory

Experience :


- Minimum 2 years of experience as Sales / Business Development in Banking / Financial Services / Insurance mandatory

- Atleast 1+ Years Experience into Agency Sales from all background

- BFSI / Brokering / NBFC / FMCG - agency sales experience highly preffered

- Channel Sales / Distribution Sales / Field Sales are highly preffered

- Candidates from Insurance agency are highly preferred

Communication : Good English skills - Ability to Speak, Good Hindi skills - Ability to Speak

Job Description :

- Generate Retail Health business through Agents

- Identifying and Recruiting Potential Health Agents on regular basis

- Managing the Health Agents Team & Tracking Activation of Agents regularly

- Handling the Health Retail Products like Health, P.A. & Travel.

- Train & Motivate the agents/advisors and ensuring their productivity.

- Drive them to generate business & follow up is critical requirement.

- Maintaining Relationship with Health Agents

- Meet Agents on regular basis & maintaining records in a planned manner.

- Coordinating with other internal departments such as Operations, U/W, Claims
