Salary - 3.0 Lac to - 5.0 Lac Annually

- Candidates from channel /distribution/field sales/agency sales are required to generate business.

Bengaluru, Bangalore Urban (15 Openings)

Chennai, Chennai (19 Openings)

Weekly Working Days:-5 Days

Selection Criteria:-

#Minimum 2 yrs of experience as Sales / Business Development in Banking / Financial Services / Insurance mandatory

- Atleast 1+ Years Experience into Agency Sales from all background

- BFSI / Brokering / NBFC / FMCG - agency sales experience highly preferred

- Channel Sales / Distribution Sales / Field Sales are highly preferred

- Candidates from Insurance agency are highly preferred

- Good English skills - Ability to Speak

- Communication-Good communication and presentation skills

Job Description :

- Generate Retail Health business through Agents

- Identifying and Recruiting Potential Health Agents on a regular basis

- Managing the Health Agents Team & Tracking Activation of Agents regularly

- Handling the Health Retail Products like Health, P.A. & Travel.

- Train & Motivate the agents/advisors and ensuring their productivity.

- Drive them to generate business & follow up is a critical requirement.

- Maintaining Relationship with Health Agents

- Meet Agents on a regular basis & maintaining records in a planned manner.

- Coordinating with other internal departments such as Operations, U/W, Claims
