Salary : 3.0 Lac to - 5.0 Lac Annually

Role : Need to recruit agents & generate business through health vertical.
Shift Timings : 10:00 am - 7:00 pm (day shift)
Weekly Working Days : 5 Days
Off Days : SUN, SAT
Note :
- Candidates specifically from Health Insurance Background will be preferred
- Atleast 1 Year Experience into Agency development / Channel Sales / Agency sales into Health Insurance
- Candidate should be a resident of Delhi for 3+ years
- Must have Joining and Relieving Letters, Salary slips, Pan Card & Aadhar Card.
- Candidate should have Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel / Word)
Job Description :
- Recruit agents and ensure sales generation through those agents
- Ensure retention of Agent and Advisors by formulating their development plans.
- Meeting their training needs and communicating with them on a regular basis.
