- Recruit agents and ensure sales generation through those agents
- Ensure retention of Agent and Advisors by formulating their development plans.
- Meeting their training needs and communicating with them on a regular basis.
Job Requirements :
- Education
- Graduation degree mandatory
Experience :
- Minimum 1 year of experience as Sales / Business Development in Banking / Financial Services / Insurance mandatory from any Life / Health / General Insurance companies
- Atleast 1 Year Experience into Agency development / Channel Sales
- Candidate should be a resident of Pune for 3+ years
Age
23 - 35 yrs
Others :
- Candidate should have Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel / Word)
- Candidate should have good presentation skills
